Print an Invoice or Order Summary
You can print a copy of your order summary for any order sold on Amazon.ae. The Amazon.ae order summary is not a tax invoice.
Information for obtaining a VAT invoice for your order varies depending on the Seller of your order and the method of payment you select. For the goods that are sold and dispatched by Amazon, you will receive an invoice for purchase of goods.
You can print or download your invoice or order summary for orders placed with different sellers either from Your Account or by clicking on the seller name displayed on the product details page.
To print the invoice from Your Account, please follow the below steps:
Go to Your Orders.
Find the order for which you need to print or download your invoice or order summary.
Tip: If you don't see the order, select another option from the Orders placed in menu.
Select Invoice.
Depending on which seller you placed your order with, you can do one of the following:
If you placed an order for a product sold and fulfilled by Amazon, you should be able to print an invoice for your order. You'll see an option to Print Invoice. You can also print an order summary by selecting Order Summary.
If you placed an order with a marketplace seller shipping a product within UAE (including an order for a product sold by a market place seller and fulfilled by Amazon), an invoice will not be available for your order and you will only be able to print the Order Summary. If you need an invoice you will need to contact the marketplace seller directly from Your Orders by selecting Request Invoice or by clicking on the seller name displayed on the product details page.
To print the invoice by clicking on the seller name displayed on the product details page, please follow the below steps:
Select the name of the seller on the product detail page and click Ask a question on the seller details page that appears.
Select the order and choose Get an invoice for this in the workflow that appears.
If the invoice is available for the selected order, you will see the option to download the invoice to your local device. The invoice is available in a pdf format.
If the download option is not available, you can send your message to the seller requesting the invoice.
Note:
Amazon does not participate in the 'Tax Refund for Tourists Scheme'. Tourists cannot claim a VAT refund for purchases made from our UAE Store.
For international items from Amazon Global Store, a Printable Order Summary is available from Order Details. A VAT invoice is not available for orders from Amazon Global Store.
If your order was a Prime membership, you can access and download printable invoices for monthly or annual Prime membership payments. Go to Your Prime Membership and select Update your payment method. Click on View all printable receipts. Select the receipt you want and click on View Receipt and download it. You can download the invoice only from a computer and not from the mobile app.

What should I do after receiving a suspicious email, phone call, text message, or webpage is not from Amazon.ae?
If you received correspondence regarding an order you didn't place, it likely wasn't from Amazon.ae. Please report it by going to Report Something Suspicious
You can also send an email as an attachment to stop-spoofing@amazon.com for suspicious emails, wepage or text messages. If you are reporting a suspicious URL, put it in the body of the email and send it to stop-spoofing@amazon.com.

Don't open any attachments or click any links from suspicious emails or text messages. If you've already opened an attachment or clicked a suspicious link, go to Protect Your System. How do I know if an email, text message or webpage is from Amazon?
Suspicious emails, text messages or webpages not from Amazon.ae often contain:
An order confirmation for an item you didn't purchase or an attachment to an order confirmation
Note: Go to Your Orders to see if there is an order that matches the details in the email. If it doesn't match an order in Your Account, the message isn't from Amazon.
Requests for your Amazon.ae username and/or password, or other personal information.
Requests to update payment information.
Note: Go to Your Account and click Payment Options in the Payments section. If you aren't prompted to update your payment method on that screen, the message isn't from Amazon.
Links to websites that look like Amazon.ae, but aren't Amazon.
Attachments or prompts to install software on your computer.
Typos or grammatical errors.
Forged email addresses to make it look like the email is coming from Amazon.ae
Note: If the "from" line of the email contains an Internet Service Provider (ISP) other than @amazon.ae, then it's a fraudulent email.
How do I know if a call is from Amazon?
While some departments at Amazon will make outbound calls to customers, Amazon will never ask you to disclose or verify sensitive personal information, or offer you a refund you do not expect.
If you receive a suspicious phone call claiming to be from Amazon, here are some things you can look out for:
Amazon will never ask for payment or offer you a refund you do not expect.
Amazon will never ask you to make a payment outside of our website (e.g. via bank transfer, e-mailing credit card details, sharing gift card details over the phone, etc.)
Amazon will never ask you for remote access to your device e.g. by asking you to install an app
